Welcome

Many of us have had enough, enough of the rush, the forcing, the pushing, the striving.  We just want to slow down, to breathe, to simply be.  Then in the silence and calm, we can hear our hearts, we can feel our bodies.  After a time of stillness, we may notice, I feel like…..going for a walk, or making a nice meal, or visiting a friend.  Ahh, simply being, simply flowing.  And yet, we find that we are struggling in this society, in the current culture, it creates a disturbance, and actually, it’s not easy to relax and simply be, flowing with the pull of Spirit.  It’s not easy to live close to the land without years of pointless toil.  It’s not easy to do what you feel like doing when you feel like doing it.  It’s not easy to be yourself.  The current society is not a place of ease.  And yet, there’s something deep down in our hearts that knows there is a better way.  That knows that if only we were in a nurturing place and free to simply be, we would begin to thrive.  We could discover the potential and wonder that lies within us, and we could grow and bloom, contributing our own unique divine expression to the beauty of the whole.

The Great Garden is a vision that Spirit shared with James Skinner, yet it is a place for all.  The Great Garden is a place where human beings can flourish – where they are seen, heard and felt, where their life is in balance and harmony with others, the land, and themselves.  Where our homes are secure, and the land rich and abundant in life’s resources.  It is a place that empowers the Spirit to work its way into this world with grace and ease.  We are living beings – not machines – and we want to LIVE.  We have joys and pains, dreams, visions, the desire to have fun, explore and discover.  We love, we laugh, we cry, we sing, we dance.

The essence of The Great Garden is simply being.  It is founded on the poem “you are the way, you are the one, you are the whole, just be.”  It is a place where we can put down our roots, and grow and thrive.   It is a place where people can find sanctuary, where they can find hope, where they can finally relax, where they can simply be.  Where people are accepted for who they are, where people can live and thrive in accordance to their own being.  For here in the Great Garden, we have time to rest, to play, to create, to discover, to learn, to explore.  Time for one another and ourselves.  Time to discover who we are, for we are so much more than what we know.  The Great Garden is a place where the greatness that lies within you finally has the chance to rise up and out into the world.  The beauty, the greatness, the golden light that lies within you can finally shine out.  We are like seeds of the suns of heaven, we just need a place to grow.

Spirit has shared that creating The Great Garden IS possible when we come together.  Please join us on a magical adventure to build The Great Garden.  Let’s open the doors of wonder and possibility and create an empowering and beautiful world for all, and for future generations.

What wonders behold of an empowered people who live in balance and harmony with the way of all that flies through our being to the ends of time”.

So how are we to create this?

The Rose Bridge – a map to The Great Garden.

Spirit has shared with James a way for us to get through the current entangled net of deception, this web of confusion, of angst, frustration, depression and ugliness.  The wisdom he received provides a map that guides us to a new earth where we can simply be.  James has created The Rose Bridge, a book and film, which shares the vision of The Great Garden, and the map of how we can create this vision together.

“Like a lighthouse for those of us who feel lost in the darkness and confusion, The Rose Bridge shines a way across turbulent waters to new shores. “

The film is free to watch, and you will find it here:
